Answer to Question 1

Statistical significance means that the results are not likely to be a function of chance; significance of the study refers to the importance of the findings with respect to theory or practical applications. The results of study could be statistically significant, but have no practical significance at all.

A well-structured problem is one that can be clearly stated, for which known procedures lead to the solution, and whose answer can be evaluated by known standards.
