50 per person x 60 people per shift = 3,000 per shift (day) in sales 3,000 x 5 days = 15,000 per week in sales

15,000 x 50 weeks = 750,000 Annual Sales

750,000 x .20 percent in tips = 150,000 Annual Tip Income 40 hours per week x 50 weeks = 2,000 annual hours

150,000  2,000 = 75 per hour in tips + 2.13 per hour in wages = 77.13 Per Hour 77.13 per hour x 2,000 annual hours = 154,260 Annual Income / Tip Credit Applied
