What sort of challenges do caterers face with off-site locations?
◦ Sanitary food handling, usage fees, transportation, dining space, restrooms, and alcoholic licensing
◦ Guests are hosts and must provide spaces that meet caterers' requirements as contracted
◦ Only county health department-approved locations may be used for off-site catered events
◦ Nothing that can't be solved if the caterer has a fully equipped food truck
