Technician A says that the Prius has a backup 12-volt starter mounted on the outside of the transaxle housing. Technician B says that it has an auxiliary 12-volt jumper cable terminal under the hood in case it runs out of fuel and the high voltage battery unit is discharged. Which technician is correct?
