Answer to Question 1

800 x 5 days a week = 4,000 per week x 50 weeks = 200,000 Annual Sales 200,000 x .20 percent tip average = 40,000 Annual Tip Income

40 hours per week x 50 weeks = 2,000 Annual Hours

40,000  2,000 = 20.00 per hour in tips + 2.13 per hour in wages = 22.13 Per Hour 22.13 per hour x 2,000 annual hours = 44,260 Annual Income with Tip Credit Applied

Answer to Question 2

All information on an employment application is important or, otherwise, it should not be included on the application. Where possible, information should be verified using methods such as telephone calls to previous employers to verify employment dates and

positions. References, if any, given by persons in volunteer or community-related positions such as school teacher or councilor, church leader, or officials in groups such as scouting or other voluntary organizations could also be checked.

There are major differences in the metabolism of morphine and the illegal drug heroin. Morphine mostly produces its CNS effects through m-receptors, and at k- and d-receptors. Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
