Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

Although not all employees are performing the same, you have rewarded them the same. This does not set well with the hard worker verses underperforming employees. It also set the standard that if you put in your time you get a raise regardless of your performance.

This condition is progressive and worsens with time. More than 100 million people in the United States are nearsighted, but only 20% of those are born with the condition.
