Technician A says a CANDi module will flash the RED LED rapidly if communication is detected.
  Technician B says A twisted pair is where two wires are twisted to prevent electromagnetic radiation from affecting the signals passing through the wires. Who is right?

  C) Both technicians D) Neither technician
