if a state has a law that follows:
Abortion shall be permitted in State X during the period of time in which the fetus has not attained viability. Upon the fetus becoming viable abortion shall be prohibited, except in the case where necessary to protect the mother's life.
are any parts of this law unconstitutional? if so, which laws and cases deem them unconstitutional?
