A child in a third-grade classroom is found to be in the moral realism stage of moral reasoning. His teacher must leave the room and reminds her students of the rule that no one may leave her/his seat while she is gone. What will this child likely do when she leaves?
◦ The child will likely not get out of his seat because he is very rule-bound.
