Design a menu with five items making sure to include all the necessary elements of a good menu. Also, make sure to name which type of menu you are demonstrating.

Students' answers will vary. There are three different menu possibilities, which include prix fixe menu,  la carte menu, and table d'hte menu. For each menu make sure that students have followed the correct format of the menu they have chosen. Look for menu descriptions, odd-cents pricing, and typeface. Words should be large enough and legible.
