Tomaso is sitting quietly with friends, enjoying a movie night and some popcorn. Out of the blue he feels his chest tighten, his heart begins to race, and he has an intense feeling of terror. As his friends rush to help him they see he is bathed in sweat and taking short, shallow breaths. What is Tomaso experiencing?
