Description: The larger right lung has three lobes. The trachea divides into the right and left primary bronchi. A bronchus enters the lung at the hilum and then divides into bronchioles. Alveoli are clusters of microscopic air sacs at the end of each bronchiole where oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged.
