Description: This infant was born with bilateral clubfeet. Although all newborns’ feet are rotated medially due to the confining environment of the uterus, the feet can easily be moved into an anatomically correct position. In talipes equinovarus, the position of the feet cannot be corrected and does not correct itself over time.
