Description: Spinal Reflex. Thumbwalk the spinal reflex from the sacrum to C-1 (i.e., heel of the foot to the top of the big toe), and back down again. Adjust stabilizing and working hand positions as needed while moving up and down the spinal reflex. Use multidirectional thumbwalking for maximum coverage at each segment and thumb rolling for deeper pressure as desired. Bend knee to lay foot on lateral edge.
