Description: Neck stretch. Rest the receiver’s head on the palm of your right hand, taking a firm hold on the base of the skull. Your left hand rests lightly on the forehead. With firm, steady pressure from the right hand only, apply gentle traction toward you. As the recipient exhales, release slightly; as he or she inhales, increase the traction slightly. Note: This move is contraindicated if there is any neck pain during the movement.
