Answer to Question 1

A company with a code of conduct has guidelines to follow in case of an ethical dilemma. Also, the company can take action against employees who don't follow the code.

Answer to Question 2

In today's organizations, people must work well together. People with positive self-esteem are comfortable working with others because they are not threatened by others' ideas and input. They are poised, confident, and self-assured in their ability to handle the job. They present themselves as mature, responsible people with goals to accomplish.
