An OB nurse has filed a grievance with the organization stating unjust treatment by the OB nurse manager. The OB nurse informs other nursing staff, We have a meeting with the CNO (chief nurse officer) and the arbitrator.
 
  They are concerned because Im not going to give. What is the purpose of this meeting? 1. To surrender to hospital administration
  2. To resolve the grievance
  3. To proceed with legal counsel
  4. To prepare for trial
