A 16-year-old boy with a nose ring is involved in a fight where the nose ring is partially pulled from the nose avulsing some nasal tissue. You should:
 
  A) pull the nose ring free of the nose to control the bleeding.
  B) cover with a dressing and have the boy put direct pressure on the nose.
  C) push the nose ring and tissue back up the nose to control the bleeding.
  D) cut the nose ring away to control bleeding.
