Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
The nurse should recommend that clients with a personal history of Crohn's disease undergo screening more often because chronic inflammatory bowel disease is a risk factor for colorectal cancer. A personal history of diverticulosis or a family history of hemorrhoids is not a risk factor for colorectal cancer and hence does not require more frequent screening. Polyps in a first-degree relative, not in a third-degree relative, necessitates more frequent screening.
