filler flowers.



Answer to Question 2

A color wheel is a helpful tool for designers that helps show the relationships among
primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. A designer can use the wheel to make decisions
about how warm or cool to make their arrangement, or how to use contrasting colors to
add emotion to the design.
