Do you agree or disagree with SR's theory about vitamin/mineral supplements for vegans? Explain.

What possible nutritional deficiencies could SR have based on the information given?

Answer to Question 1

It is possible for SR to carefully chose her foods to prevent vitamin/mineral deficiencies for most vitamins and minerals except for B12 . Fe and Ca could be questionable.
