A 21-year-old mother who has decided not to breast-feed is seeking advice about formula feeding for her newborn son before leaving the hospital.
 
  What advice should a nurse give this woman in regard to burping her newborn? She should burp the newborn:
  A) after every half-ounce.
  B) after every ounce.
  C) after every feeding.
  D) only when the infant appears to be in discomfort.
