Stool that is white or clay-coloured indicates an absence of bile.
Bloody feces are not an indication of biliary disease.
Pus-filled feces indicate infection.
Black or tarry feces may indicate upper GI bleeding or iron ingestion.

2 mL is incorrect. The abbreviation gtts stands for drops. (15 drops are equal to 1 mL.)
Two drops to the left eye is incorrect. (OS is the abbreviation for left eye.)
Two drops to both eyes is incorrect. (OU is the abbreviation for both eyes.)
