The safest way to use a meter while testing for voltage is to:
 
  A) Rest the meter on something; do not hold it.
  B) Hold it loosely in case it becomes energized so you can drop it.
  C) Hold the meter in your mouth and a lead in each hand.
  D) Hold it securely to make certain it won't slip.

Question 2

When checking to make sure a circuit is de-energized, you should test:
 
  A) By spitting on the contact to see if it sizzles. B) Between any two possible voltage points.
  C) With a slight touch of the back of your hand. D) Voltage to ground.
