Bill and Marianne were engaged for a year and had made elaborate plans for a large June wedding. Marianne had purchased a wedding gown, paid substantial deposits to a country club and band for the reception, bought pearl necklaces for her five bridesmaids, and ordered stationary with her married name on it to write thank you notes for wedding gifts. On the night before the wedding, Bill tells her he does not want to marry her and does not intend to show up at the wedding and is going on an extended vacation with a few of his friends including Marianne's former best friend, Sally. If Marianne sues Bill, which kind of relief might a court award?
 
  A) The court will order specific performance and insist that Bill marry Marianne.
  B) The court will order expectation damages based on the loss of what Marianne reasonably anticipated from the marriage.
  C) The court may order compensatory damages to Marianne for out-of-pocket costs she incurred as a natural result of the engagement.

Any injury that occurs to any part of the body that is involved in a repeated motion. For example, injury resulting from the repetitive use of the wrists in typing causes carpal tunnel syndrome.
