Answer: In the first cycle, the individual engages in exploration in breadth and commitment making, and in the second cycle, exploration in depth and identification with commitment.



Answer to Question 2

Answer: People in identity achievement tend to have better psychological adjustment than those in moratorium or diffusion, but do not differ from those in foreclosure.
