Neutralizer valves are used as part of hydraulic steering systems to:
 
  a. Destroke the pump when no steering occurs
 b. Stop the flow of power through the drive train when the machine is turning
 c. Drain the pilot signal to the main control valve to stop the machine from turning further
 d. Upstroke the pump during a steer function to improve response

Question 2

If a machine needs to have tie rod ends replaced this is one method that should NOT be used:
