Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
When the urethral meatus is located on the undersurface of the penis, it is referred to as hypo-spadias. Epispadias occurs when the urethral meatus is on the dorsal surface of the penis. Hy-droureter is not associated with the urethra. Cryptorchidism refers to undescended testes.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
Low-protein diets are recommended. Management of chronic renal failure is not associated with diets that limit fats, carbohydrates, or sugars.
