3. Discuss how in 2007, the Supreme Court's Wisconsin Right to Life case let issue ads proliferate via 527s and 501(c) organizations.
4. Discuss how the Citizens United Supreme Court decision resulted in an explosion in Super PACs.
5. Discuss how organizations adapt to the laws passed by Congress and the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court. This suggests that organizations find ways to collect and spend money by exploiting loopholes in the law in order to attempt to exercise influence in the political process.
