2. Multitask by reading or listening to lectures or podcasts while walking or using exercise equipment.
3. Do something active during lunch or study breaks.
4. Select activities that require less time, such as brisk walking or jogging.
5. Ride a bike to class, to see friends, or to do errands.
6. Park your car or exit public transportation farther from your destination and walk the extra distance.
