Answer to Question 1

Answer: Answer may include four of the following.

Health plans cannot cut off coverage if a person becomes sick, a practice known as rescission.
Insurers can no longer place a lifetime cap on the insurance benefits you receive.
You can now stay on a parent's insurance plan until your 26th birthday, if your parent so chooses.
People who have had trouble getting insurance because of a preexisting condition can join a new national high-risk pool, a group that will be provided immediate options for purchasing coverage.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Though DNA is powerful, it is not the only factor that determines who you are or how healthy you may be. Environment and behavior choices are also powerful forces that can shape your health such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and sun tanning.
