Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

Some selected central cities have experienced gentrification. Suburban locations, or edge cities, are increasingly becoming disconnected from the central cities. These locations are complete with low density residential areas, retail establishments, and even some manufacturing land use.
