To be culturally effective, teachers must be culturally knowledgeable;
 
  a. able to understand that some cultures and are just not as intelligent as others and lack the motivation to succeed.
 
  b. able to analyze the role of culture in their perceptions of student behavior; and able to use culture to create classroom contexts that support, nurture, and respect students.
 
  c. able to understand the Asian culture and provide highly-intellectual school work that matches their innate ability.
 
  d. able to understand that some cultures have difficulty with certain subject and should not be exposed to those subject areas.
