Answer to Question 1

A
Patients with pneumonia usually have tachycardia, not bradycardia. Whispered pectoriloquy, dull percussion note, and increased vocal fremitus are all the result of alveolar consolidation.

Answer to Question 2

C
Elevated diaphragms are not consistent with the clinical picture associated with TTN and thus would be not be found on a chest radiograph.
