Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1
Option 1 is the only outcome that relates specifically to somatization disorder. Hallucinations, caloric intake, and use of laxatives and diuretics are not typically associated with this disorder.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 2
Option 1 is incorrect since arguing with a client is not therapeutic. Reinterpretation of thoughts is an appropriate cognitive approach. Rewarding with tokens (option 3) is a behavioral technique, and changing physicians (option 4) is not helpful at this point.
