When a blinking light source moves relative to you, the speed of the light
 
  A) changes but the frequency of blinks remains constant.
  B) remains constant but the frequency of blinks can change.
  C) stays the same, as does the blinking frequency.

Question 2

The position of a mass that is oscillating on a spring is given by x = (17.4 cm) cos(5.46 s-1)t. Write an expression for the velocity of the particle as a function of time.
