To diagnose diabetes mellitus, the following parameter is met:
 a. two hours after a 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test is given, the blood sugar is 160 mg/dL.
  b. a blood sample after eating a meal is greater than 180 mg/dL and fatigue is present.
  c. the client complains of polydipsia, polyphagia, and polyuria.
  d. serum sugar is 130 mg/dL after fasting for 10 hours.
