The information on those websites is purely informational for the average person, but it can prove helpful to you in keeping up with any changes in the law, which is why this section is included under non-legal sources of law.

Answer to Question 2

Competitive negotiating is viewed as a battle to be won. The goal of the competitive
negotiator is to make the greatest possible gains for his or her side, to the detriment of the
other. The interests of the parties are seen as antagonistic. The competitive negotiator uses
intimidation to raise the level of tension in order to gain concessions, but concedes little. The
competitive negotiator tends to see all disputes as distributive in nature. (Add points for any
