Answer to Question 1

Cryogenic flash removal is the removal method where the parts are frozen to facilitate the removal of the flash, usually by tumbling the parts in a tub like container, similar to a clothes dryer.

Answer to Question 2

Undercuring will not allow all the cross linking to occur and the part will not be as strong. Overcuring may cause the resin to degrade and loose its strength. Some of the probable causes from over curing or undercuring include: external blisters, marks from ejector pins, internal voids, sticking, brittle parts, and cracking on ejection.
