It is a population of people who are original inhabitants of a region, identify with a
specific cultural heritage, and play no significant role in government.

Answer to Question 2

Answers may include: decline in quality of diet, health, the environment, and family life
and an increase in unemployment, air pollution, and stress related disorders.
