| Description: Elbow milk–abdomen rock. Place your left hand under the recipient’s right elbow and lay your thumb across the elbow crease. Milk upward with your thumb. Place your right hand lightly along the bottom edge of the rib cage and gently rock the abdomen. Alternate milking and rocking, about 10–12 times each for about a minute.
