Description: Double Pulsar
This artist’s conception shows two pulsars that orbit their center of mass. The
double pulsar they represent is called PSR J0737-3039, which is about 1500
ly from Earth in the constellation Puppis. One pulsar has a 23-ms
period and the other has a 2.8-s period. The two orbit once every 2.4 hours
