Can prevent an irregular tearing of tissue during birth. Estrogens Urine or blood serum test to determine the level of estrone, estradiol, and estriol. Fetal Monitoring Using electronic equipment placed on the mother’s abdomen to monitor the fetus‘s heart and strength of uterine contractions during labor.
