| Description: The Murphy–Moller wellness model. Biological health, psychological health (which includes attitudes and behaviors), sociological health (environments, relationships), and spiritual health are supported by cultural resources. Individuals experiencing emerging mental illness (initial onset) or a relapse are considered unstable; as they move toward recovery, their mental health stabilizes. Individuals reach rehabilitation when they are able to actualize their wellness and return to full functioning.
