Description: Tai chi walk along straight line. From tai chi stance, shift weight to the back leg and turn the front foot 45° degrees outward. Then shift weight to front leg while bringing the back leg to the front along the straight line; the new front leg receives the weight. Shift weight back and repeat the walk. Keeping hands near the hara helps you feel the movement from the center.
