| Description: Stand at the side of the table facing the head. Apply lubricant with effleurage from ankle to hip following the curves of the leg and using moderate pressure. Contact the sides and posterior surfaces. The inside hand will slide onto the back of the leg about halfway up the thigh and follow the outside hand around the buttocks and hip. Hands return together to the ankle with a light sliding motion.
