Description: Apply L stroke on terminus. Place your index and middle fingers on the left and right terminus; apply the stretch down toward the clavicle and then follow toward the midline; stop and release the stretch as you stretch the skin over the terminus. Repeat 10 to 15 times or until you feel a change. (Note: Steps 1 and 2 clear the lymph vessels near the thoracic ducts, which begins the process of lymphatic drainage in the entire body.)
