Description: Clear the inguinal catchment area. Face the side of the table at recipient’s waist. Place your upper hand parallel to the inguinal ligament with the little finger inferior. Place your other hand on top and gently press, using your top hand, straight down toward the tabletop, using a medium pressure. Maintain this pressure while stretching the skin gently toward the abdomen and then release the skin, allowing it to “snap” back to the starting position. Repeat 10 to 15 times.
