Description: Lymphatic Drainage on Dorsum with Ankle Rotation. With the fingers of both hands, gently stretch the skin on the top of the foot toward the toes. Begin at base of the toes and apply the stretch row by row ending at the ankle joint (groin reflex). Then rotate the ankle using the fingers.
