Description: Inside ankle press. Place the heel of your left hand on the ball of the recipient’s right foot, with your fingers lightly grasping the toes. With the heel resting in your right hand, gently press spots around the inner ankle bone (medial malleolus) with your thumb. Keeping your left hand in place, press on the ball of the foot to flex the ankle forward (dorsiflexion). Alternate between pressing an ankle point and flexing the ankle in rhythmic motion. Continue pressing around the ankle bone until the points are pain free.
